EMPLOYMENT SERVICES FAQ
What can I ask in a General Consultation?
The General Consultation is an opportunity for you to ask whatever you like! This may include questions about the Australian healthcare system, registration pathways, job applications, etc.
How long can I spend with the Employment Services Consultant when I book a General Consultation?
Half an hour. If you need longer, you are welcome to book a follow-up consultation for the same fee.
How does the CV Preparation consultation work?
When you book an appointment for CV preparation, you will receive an email with further information. In short, providing a draft of your CV to the Employment Services Consultant prior to your appointment will be helpful. The email will explain what details you need to provide.
Your appointment should take between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on how long your CV is and how much of the required information you have provided. Our Employment Services Consultant will then email you a completed draft, usually within a few days. Once you receive the draft, you will have the opportunity to read over it carefully, check that all details are correct, and answer any remaining questions, before a completed CV is provided to you.
I need a CV for job applications and another for AHPRA. Can I get both?
Yes. Our Employment Services Consultant can provide you with both a job application CV and an AHPRA format CV. However, depending on the length of your CV, you may be required to pay an additional hourly fee if the work required to complete both CVs takes more than four hours in total. Our Employment Services Consultant will update you if this is the case.
I need a CV for college applications. Can you help with that?
Yes. Our Employment Services Consultant can assist you with college format CVs, for example, an RACGP format CV.
