The customer, by agreeing to pay for any product agrees that all aspects of the creation of all products offered on this site, including the processes necessary to craft and deliver the product to the customer, constitute a set of creative products. As such, the customer agrees that all payments for all such creative products are final and non-refundable.
Prompt communication from International Medical Graduates’ is absolutely necessary in order to ensure timely answers to your queries on our forums. Our response time to all response is dependent on the time in which ARIMGSAS receives all information as well as complete and clear answers to follow-up enhancement questions. If the client does not respond to emails or does not communicate within a 30-day period the services will be considered completed or closed, after which it will only be reopened if the services are within the purchased revision period, or purchased with additional fees based on the current fee schedule. We aim to provide excellent services to all our clients.
Our hours of operation are 8:30am – 5:00pm, Mondays to Fridays and 9:00am – 4:30pm Saturdays to Sundays Eastern Standard Time except where it falls on an Australian public holiday.
ARIMGSAS works to ensure complete client satisfaction of the quality of its. If a client is not satisfied with products delivered, we will provide a suitable alternative to ensure great services and customer satisfaction.
